    Most people can safely benefit from red light therapy. However, individuals who are pregnant, have active cancer, or take photosensitive medications should consult a healthcare provider before treatment.
  • How long is a session?
    Each session at Compass Rose lasts 20 minutes, providing a full-body treatment for maximum benefits in a short amount of time.
  • What can I expect the day of my session?
    To ensure the best possible experience, please review the following guidelines before your session. • Please check your email upon arrival. If this is your first time using our red light therapy bed, you must sign a waiver before your session. If you haven’t completed it online, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for signing the consent forms. • Wear comfortable clothing or whatever makes you feel most at ease. Many clients choose to wear minimal clothing to maximize light exposure. • Sessions are relaxing and non-invasive, allowing you to unwind while benefiting from the therapeutic effects of red light therapy. • Please arrive on time for every appointment. To ensure a smooth schedule and allow adequate time for all clients. • Our team is available to answer any questions and ensure you have a comfortable experience from start to finish.
